I am available for sessions by appointment from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please note that my schedule can fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.

What is your training style?

Where does training take place?
All training takes place at Sustain Fitness, located in a spacious, well-equipped, private facility with ample green space for outdoor workouts. Whether it's strength training, cardio, or flexibility exercises, we have the perfect environment to meet your fitness needs.

Does the training studio have parking?
Yes, we have dedicated free parking near the Cricket Pavilion at Grainville Playing Fields and additional parking 100 meters away next to the rugby pitch.

Currently, we do not offer online or virtual training options, but we plan to introduce these services in the future to accommodate more clients.

How much do sessions cost at sustain fitness?
Sessions start from £42.50. Our flexible pricing is designed to reward commitment—the more personal training sessions you sign up for each month, the lower the cost per session. For a detailed list of services and pricing, please click here.

How often should I have sessions?
The frequency of your sessions depends on your goals. For measurable fitness improvements, we recommend training 3-4 times per week, whether independently or with a trainer.

Do you train more than one person at a session?
At Sustain Fitness, we specialize in one-on-one training to ensure 100% focus on your personal fitness goals. This approach provides a highly personalized and effective training experience.
SCHEDULING & POLICIES

What happens if I need to cancel/swap a session?
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as normal. With more than 24 hours’ notice, sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled.

What happens if I go on holiday?
We strive to reschedule your sessions if you’re going on holiday. Additionally, we provide a personalized workout plan for you to maintain your progress while you’re away.
TRAINING & EQUIPMENT

What should I wear to sessions?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching. Proper athletic footwear is also recommended.

What types of equipment are available in your studio?
Our studio is equipped with free weights, kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, and a punching bag, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience.

Are your trainers certified?
Yes, I hold a Level 5 personal training certificate from the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness and have over a decade of experience training clients across two hemispheres.

Do you provide nutritional guidance or meal planning services?
While I’m not a certified nutritionist, I offer general nutritional guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What happens if I have an injury?
Depending on the injury, sessions can be adjusted to compensate, and specific exercises can aid recovery. Depending on the severity it might be important to consult with an allied health professional.

I have an injury that’s preventing me from taking part in other sports, can you help me?
Yes, I can collaborate with your physiotherapist or osteopath to create a tailored plan to manage and mitigate your injury, helping you return to your sport stronger.
