    I have been training with Joe for 6 weeks now and am already seeing results! As someone not at all inclined to do exercise, Joe has been really encouraging and informative along the way, and the sessions are varied with Joe tweaking the exercises to suit my ability (or lack of!). With plenty of free parking at Grainville, Joe is conveniently located and has been a great discovery - I am recommending him to all my friends!

    Joe has a breadth of knowledge that allows flexibility with exercises taking into account the personal fitness, muscular weakness and the client’s hopes and expectation.

    The location, at Grainville Cricket Pavillion is great, with parking less than 100 meters to the door, the gym, though small, has a variety of equipment, and is ideal for one to one exercise.

    Previously, not a keen gym attendee, I can now say that with regular attendance I feel fitter, happier and even look forward to my gym sessions with my Personal Trainer!

    I started with Joe under some wifely pressure (she is a long term client referred after a knee injury) but am pleased to report that I enjoy every session, appreciate the personally tailored lessons designed to overcome the impact of many years of sporting endeavour and keep me fitter in the more senior years, the huge variety of exercises, a noticeable difference in overall fitness and the good humoured approach to pushing the physical boundaries within reasonable parameters.

    Joe shows deep knowledge of the body, grounded in his scientific background, and is regularly seen researching the latest workout trends. He gives 120% of his attention during sessions, taking a full account of physical (and even mental) states, and notices the smallest changes in posture within milliseconds. He's often mentioned things that even my doctor missed out! To top it all, he is empathic, friendly, and easy going, making everyone feel comfortable within seconds. Since working with Joe over the past 6 months, I have NO more back pain, despite spending the same number of hours at my desk; I look forward to the gym, attending every two days; and have even gained some decent muscle mass! Great trainer, great guy!
