Our flexible pricing is designed to reward commitment—the more personal training sessions you sign up for each month, the lower the cost per session. Plus, you only pay for the sessions you use, with no contracts or long-term commitments. Each month, you can choose the plan that best fits your schedule and goals, giving you complete control over your fitness and your budget.

Consultation - £95
A comprehensive initial assessment/consultation process where we discuss in depth not only your goals, but also your injury & exercise history.
We carry out movement assessments to identify areas of imbalance (which create a higher risk of injury) & goal specific assessments to ensure that we have an accurate snapshot of where you currently are. Together we start to build a plan for you to get to where you want to be.
We take into account your support network & offer advice on ways to circumvent potential obstacles to you achieving your goal. Then, and only then will we make a recommendation for the right package for you.
(Consultation fee is included when signing up for a 3 month commitment).

BYC (Back Yard Cricket) Series
£50 / session
1 - 3 sessions per month
The BYC series is a mix of supervised and self-directed sessions that allows you the freedom to train, whilst fitting in the odd holiday or work commitment.
T20 Series
£47.50 / session
4 - 7 sessions per month
The T20 combines self directed and supervised training sessions. The regular schedule allows real-time progress tracking, ensuring that you are always performing at the top of your game.
ODI Series
£45 / session
8 - 11 sessions per month
Embark on your fitness journey with the ODI series, ideal for those new to exercise or looking for a more balanced approach.
TEST Series
£42.5 / session
12+ sessions per month
Challenge yourself with the Test series, our highest intensity subscription. This series is not for the faint of heart - you will be pushed to the limits of what you can do.
Unleash your full potential with The Ashes, our ultimate 12-session training programme.
Individually crafted for you, this programme guarantees results in a sustainable manner. What sets the Ashes apart is it’s flexibility, allowing you to book sessions over a period of up to 6 months. No more worries about work commitments, business trips or holidays interfering with your fitness journey.
